1. Information we collect

• Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of a message when you contact support or ask about a product.
• Payment information: payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details, and limited payment metadata supplied by the payment processor. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, and approximate usage information that may be provided by hosting or analytics services.
• Advertising and cookie information: identifiers set by advertising partners, including Google, along with information about how you interact with the ads shown on this site. See section 8.

2. Browser tools and files

The JSON, image, regex, and backend-audit tools are designed to process input in your browser. The raw text or image you paste or select is not uploaded to our server by these tools. Anonymous tool events may record a tool action and coarse size or outcome information, never the content itself.

This means the content you work with stays on your device. It does not mean the page sets no cookies: advertising and analytics cookies may still be placed by us or by Google, as described in section 8. Those cookies are not used to transmit what you type into a tool.

3. How we use information

• To answer enquiries, provide support, and deliver store purchases.
• To process payments, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and tools.
• To comply with legal, tax, payment-network, and regulatory obligations.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, and other security incidents.

4. Who receives information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes above:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: Vercel and related infrastructure providers host the website and may process technical request data.
• Payment providers: Razorpay, Stripe, or another provider shown at checkout receives payment and billing information to authorise and settle a transaction, provide fraud checks, and process refunds or disputes.
• Professional or legal advisers: where disclosure is reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, tax, or compliance work.
• Authorities and other parties: where required by law, court order, payment-network rules, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

When a disclosure is made electronically, it is sent through the relevant provider’s secured connection or API. We do not sell personal information.

5. Security and retention

We use HTTPS, access controls, limited collection, payment-provider tokenisation, and browser-local processing where the tool supports it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not send secrets or credentials unless they are necessary and you have removed anything unrelated.

We retain contact, support, and transaction records only for as long as needed to operate the website, resolve disputes, meet tax or legal obligations, and maintain business records. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or explain the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Advertising, cookies and consent

This site is supported by advertising and uses cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. This section is written to satisfy the disclosure requirements of the Google AdSense program.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the internet.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

That consent is collected by Google's certified consent management platform, which is integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The website is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy when the website or our legal obligations change; the updated date above identifies the current version.
