1. Information we collect

• Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of a message when you contact support or request a service.
• Service information: project details, reproduction steps, files, logs, and other information you choose to share for a paid technical service.
• Payment information: payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details, and limited payment metadata supplied by the payment processor. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, and approximate usage information that may be provided by hosting or analytics services.

2. Browser tools and files

The JSON, image, regex, and backend-audit tools are designed to process input in your browser. The raw text or image you paste or select is not uploaded to our server by these tools. Anonymous tool events may record a tool action and coarse size or outcome information, never the content itself.

3. How we use information

• To answer enquiries, provide support, and deliver paid services.
• To process payments, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and tools.
• To comply with legal, tax, payment-network, and regulatory obligations.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, and other security incidents.

4. Who receives information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes above:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: Vercel and related infrastructure providers host the website and may process technical request data.
• Payment providers: Razorpay, Stripe, or another provider shown at checkout receives payment and billing information to authorise and settle a transaction, provide fraud checks, and process refunds or disputes.
• Professional or legal advisers: where disclosure is reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, tax, or compliance work.
• Authorities and other parties: where required by law, court order, payment-network rules, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

When a disclosure is made electronically, it is sent through the relevant provider’s secured connection or API. We do not sell personal information.

5. Security and retention

We use HTTPS, access controls, limited collection, payment-provider tokenisation, and browser-local processing where the tool supports it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not send secrets or credentials unless they are necessary and you have removed anything unrelated.

We retain contact, service, and transaction records only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet tax or legal obligations, and maintain business records. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations.

6. Your choices and requests
