Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free tools and optional support

The browser tools are free to use. Optional support payments are voluntary contributions for maintaining the tools. If a support payment was made in error or was duplicated, contact us promptly with the transaction details and we will review the request fairly.

2. Paid technical services

You may cancel a service and receive a full refund if the cancellation request reaches us before work has started and before a deliverable has been produced.

Once diagnosis, implementation, incident response, or another agreed service has started, the amount covering work already performed is not refundable. If we agree to stop a partially completed engagement, we may refund the unused portion after deducting the value of work already completed.

If we cannot start or deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control, you may cancel for a full refund of the undelivered service.

3. How to cancel or request a refund

Email ashishprajapati5220@gmail.com or call +919313696660. Include your name, payment date, service or transaction reference, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. A request is considered received when it reaches our email inbox or is acknowledged by phone.

4. Refund review and timeline

We review complete requests and confirm the decision by email. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

We do not charge a separate refund fee. Where a payment provider or bank has already charged a non-recoverable processing fee, we will not deduct it from an otherwise eligible refund unless the law or the original checkout terms allow that deduction.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate a payment problem and resolve it quickly. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer or payment laws, or the dispute process offered by your bank or payment provider.
